By accessing and using ExpectFire ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

ExpectFire grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for the purpose of documenting your property information for emergency response purposes.

3. Data Sharing

By using ExpectFire, you explicitly consent to share your property information with your local fire department for emergency response purposes. Your data will only be used for emergency preparedness and response.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your property information. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Update your information when changes occur
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Not use the Service for any illegal purpose

5. Subscription and Billing

ExpectFire is currently in beta and offered free of charge. When billing begins, you will be notified in advance. The standard subscription fee will be $9.99 per year.

6. Limitation of Liability

ExpectFire is a documentation tool and does not guarantee emergency response outcomes. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
